Stength Training for Your Marriage*
Workshop Series

HoldingHands-main_Full

Is your marriage in top condition?
Is your relationship strong enough to withstand the storms of life?
Do you know how to build your relationship muscles for true partnership?

If you answered no to any of these questions, you may be taking the fitness, strength, and endurance of your marriage for granted.  With half of all marriages ending in divorce, it makes sense to be proactive. There is LOTS of room for improvement between OK and top shape.  It takes time, energy, and practice to transform your marriage beyond the surviving fifty per cent and into the thriving few.

We hold such high hopes for our marriage and when it doesn't unfold quite how we imagined, there's no manual for what to do next. Hope. Pray. Try. Do our best. The Relationship Fitness: Strength Training for Your Marriage workshop series provides direction for turning your good relationship into a great one, a more resilient one.

In this practical, experiential program you will:

  • clarify your strengths as a couple
  • make progress with your challenges
  • adjust habits to deepen your friendship
  • practice tools that stress-proof your relationship
  • have fun while investing energy in what's really important

Four Sessions, Four Themes:
Partnership ~ Deep Friendship ~ Open Heartedness ~ Shared Dreams

The program content is based on the work of highly respected marriage researchers and relationship experts such as
